This is 0Spam.com's Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time with or without notice to you.  This Terms of Service applies to all services provided by 0Spam.com.  You must agree to the Terms of Service in order to use our services.

0Spam.com is an anti-spam service that removes spam from E-mail accounts using a series of whitelisting, blocklisting, and other techniques.  Most settings can be determined by the user.  Users provide their E-mail account information in order to add their E-mail account(s) to the 0Spam.com Service, which will then check their accounts for spam on a periodic interval and remove spam from their account based on the user's settings.  In order to provide users with the 0Spam.com Service, users must provide their E-mail account username, password, and E-mail server/server type for each account they want 0Spam.com to remove spam from as well as other optional information.  We will not give or sell any information the user provides 0Spam.com with to third parties.

You agree to use our service(s) at your own risk. We are not responsible for any problems that may or may not be a result of using this service.  0Spam.com, our employees and subsidiaries are not responsible for loss of any data or information, server downtime, accidental deletion of E-mail, corrupted E-mail, lost messages, messages not being received by our users, or problems as a result of hackers.  We can not guarantee security of our service, we are not responsible for account information or E-mail content or any other information that passes though our systems being stolen, modified, or intercepted by hackers or anyone else.  0Spam.com assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or failure to store personal settings.  You also agree to not use our service for illegal activities, hack into our servers, send spam, or do anything that will disrupt the service of our members, our company, our affiliates, or non 0Spam.com users.  You may also not sign up for a 0Spam.com account if it is illegal to do so where you live.

0Spam.com is not responsible under any conditions the quality or availability of third party links or any other web resources linked from 0Spam.com, nor is 0Spam.com responsible in any way for the content provided by third party links.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, modify, change, or terminate your access to all or any part of the 0Spam.com Service at any time for any reason or no reason without prior notice or liability.  We also reserve the right to cancel any account or modify any part of any account at any time for any reason or no reason.  We are not required to refund service fees of any kind, nor required to provide any tech support to anyone.  Paying subscribers who wish to cancel their 0Spam.com account must notify 0Spam.com in excess of 10 days before their next scheduled recurring payment so as to not be billed for the next year.

All 0Spam.com logos, graphics, buttons, icons, music, videos, animations, translations, and text are owned my 0Spam.com (unless stated otherwise) and may not be taken, copied, redistributed, or used by anyone else in any way for any purpose without our permission.  The name "0Spam.com" is a trademark owned by 0Spam.com.

0Spam.com may send E-mail notifications to its users when important news occurs at 0Spam.com, such as updated Terms of Service, new features, or website updates.  It is the responsibility of the 0Spam.com user to frequently check this Terms of Service for policy changes and updates.

By signing up for a 0Spam.com account, upgrading to a paid 0Spam.com subscription, using or visiting the 0Spam.com website, downloading any software we may provide, or using any feature, function, or utility on our website, you state that you have read, understand, and agree to the 0Spam.com Terms of Service.
